The Enrichment Program, run by the PTA in collaboration with the View Ridge teaching staff, offers our students new ideas, skills and experiences, extending the boundaries of the classroom curriculum. The program consists of weekly before/after school activities and a series of special events spread throughout the year.
- Family Arts Night: An annual evening community celebration of the arts emphasizing Music, Dance, Visual, & Literary Arts.
- Science Fair: An opportunity to come and see what experiments your schoolmates have been working on, try some hands-on experiments, and immerse yourself in a fun night of science!
- School Assemblies: Throughout the year, arts, science and cultural performances by talented artists and professionals are selected for presentation to the students to complement classroom learning. During the last school year, we welcomed world champion rope-jumper and Cirque du Soleil star Rene Bibaud, the Taproot Theatre, the Kaleidoscope Dance Company, and for our Chinese New Year celebration, a combination of View Ridge students and lion dancers from Garfield High School.
-
Special Children's Author Visits: Several times a year, prominent authors and illustrators inspire our students with their imaginations and life-stories.
- Brown Bag Lunches: In this popular series, volunteers talk about their profession or hobby, exposing students a variety of passtimes, sparking participants' imaginations and future interests.

- Foreign Languages
- Chess Club
