We are excited to invite families to participate in determining our school’s core value words that were generated from classroom discussions across the school. We would really like to receive input via votes from all families. We’ll be sending home a ballot asking you select your top three picks from five value words. Students will complete their own individual ballots at school. The top three to four words will guide how we teach and recognize positive behaviors at View Ridge.
Please look for a family ballot through backpack mail on Friday or Monday, depending on your classroom teacher. Complete the ballot and send it to school with your student by Wednesday, June 19th.
Students also voted on an updated look for Ollie for the Otter. The 2019 Ollie was designed by View Ridge parent Cathy Tousley. Thanks to Cathy for creating our new look!
