Harvest Celebration/PJ Party Questions and Answers with Principal Moland

Facebooktwittermail

Harvest Celebration/Comfy PJ day logistics:

There have been some great questions raised and the logistics are important. My responses are in blue. We need to limit the number of folks on campus. I mentioned 1-2 parents for outside events.

Can we have our parties outside? Yes, you can be outside and if 1-2 parents come they need to be fully vaccinated and complete the attestation prior to helping. Parents need to know that they need to socially distance too. If so, can parents join us? If parent join us outside, do they have to complete the volunteer paperwork? The volunteer paperwork is not needed because they will be in the company of the teacher.

I’m assuming there is no eating or drinking in classrooms for these parties, and I’m assuming that no parents can join the parties indoor, regardless of volunteer status. Can you confirm those assumptions? No food or drinks in the classroom, and 1-2 parents in the classroom if they are fully vaccinated and fill out the attestation form. Parents have to be socially distanced as well. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks,

Lisa
