Good Bye View Ridge, I will Miss You…
After 13 years at View Ridge I am moving on at the end of the school year.
I started at View Ridge as a parent. My three children attended here in the late 90”s. I became the nurse at View Ridge when my youngest was in 4th grade.
View Ridge was a designated medically fragile site, so I was full time at View Ridge working with medically fragile students for 10 years. When View Ridge was no longer a medically fragile site, the amazing PTA and staff supported my full-time position for three more years. For that, I am truly grateful.
I have loved my time at View Ridge watching your children blossom and grow, so it is hard to say good-bye. Thank you for all your support, help, and friendships over the many years. I want to say how much I will miss working with you and your children.
I have lived in the neighborhood for 32 years. I am selling my house, and you will find me on Orcas Island spending time with my family gardening, kayaking, hiking and doing art!!!
Wishing you all health and happiness,
Nurse Karen
