If your child will be seeing their health provider over the summer….get those Medication Authorization forms filled out and immunizations up to date!!

Check in with your school nurse the last week in August to update care plans, arrange to bring in your new medication forms, and the emergency medications for life threatening conditions, so your child will ready for the first day of school.
